About Us

We are a diverse team of former-justice-involved individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, people leaving rehabilitation centers, and anyone experiencing economic disadvantages in the Los Angeles County Area. Our team is not just a team; we are a family. And when one is down, we all are down. In other words, we like to create solutions to remedy all roadblocks that may be in the way. We gear meetings and group therapy to assist with overcoming cognitive distortions that will filter out unhealthy thoughts. The team has researched to understand how overcoming these thinking patterns is one of the most excellent steps to recovery and regaining stability. Furthermore, the Meetings, Tech groups, and The Build It Training will allow individuals to share so that we all can collaborate, sharing insights to build positive thinking patterns, be innovative, and overcome obstacles. This is a home that works as a family to create a 1st Home for U.

Former Justice Involved

The phrase "community for former justice-involved individuals" refers to a social network or group that brings together individuals who have had previous involvement with the criminal justice system. The community aims to provide a supportive environment for individuals who have recently been released from prison or have completed probation or parole. This community serves as a platform for these individuals to connect with one another, share their experiences and struggles, and provide emotional and practical support to each other. Overall, the goal is to help these individuals reintegrate back into society, reduce recidivism rates, and promote positive change within the criminal justice system.
